Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base.

Generate new business by prospecting, networking, and following up on leads.

Advise prospective clients on appropriate insurance coverage to meet their needs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Process new business applications and assist with policy issuance.

Stay current with insurance products, market trends, and regulations.

Requirements

Valid Mississippi Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.

Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.
