Accountabilities
- Design end-to-end product experiences from initial concept to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and researchers.
- Balance strategic product thinking with detailed execution across various verticals.
- Conduct user research and synthesize insights to inform design decisions.
- Rapidly prototype and validate design ideas using both low and high fidelity methods.
- Contribute to quarterly strategy and roadmap planning to enhance user engagement.
- Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency and accessibility.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing high craft.
- Experience managing end-to-end product design from discovery to delivery.
- Strong collaboration skills with product, engineering, and research teams.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and push projects forward in fast-paced settings.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for cross-functional presentations.
- Proficient in Figma and other modern design tools.
- Strong systems-level design thinking and experience contributing to a design system.
