This role focuses on driving the development and execution of an AI-powered EHS software. You will be integral in working alongside engineering teams to manage product operations, prioritize features, and ensure seamless delivery. The impact of your work will enhance decision-making for high-stakes operations, as you help to shape and scale an innovative platform. The role requires a deep understanding of both product management and AI functionalities, ensuring products not only meet technical specifications but also real-world needs.
Accountabilities
- Work hands-on with engineering to drive delivery and manage backlog.
- Own and prioritize the AI platform roadmap in partnership with stakeholders.
- Facilitate coordination between engineering, product teams, and leadership.
- Champion trust, security, and data governance within product design.
- Utilize agile practices to maintain team momentum and delivery efficiency.
- Collaborate with domain PMs to ensure that platform capabilities are aligned with product requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience with a proven record of agile leadership.
- Ability to write user stories and manage backlogs effectively.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with AI and ML products in a production environment.
- Familiarity with operationalizing AI systems and managing their complexities.
- Proficient with Aha, Jira, or similar project management tools.
