Job Description

As the Sales & Admissions Manager, you will lead a high-performing remote team of Booking Specialists for a fine art portrait studio. This isn't just about 'closing'; it's about leading a team that connects families with a luxury legacy experience. We need a hands-on coach who has mastered the art of the one-call booking and can replicate that success across a remote team.

What the Role Looks Like

  • Master the Art of the Close: (Lead by Example) Step onto the front lines to demonstrate elite one-call booking techniques, setting the gold standard for your team.
  • Scalable Coaching: Turn "sales reps" into "Consultative Specialists." You'll hire, onboard, and mentor a remote team using our proven high-ticket scripts.
  • Data-Driven Leadership: (Analyze and Optimize) Use CRM metrics to identify bottlenecks in the booking funnel and refine strategies for maximum conversion.
  • Cultural Momentum: Foster a high-accountability, high-energy remote environment through engaging digital huddles and precision 1-on-1s.
