Remote Search Consultant / Recruiter

Work from home opportunity! GPAC, a family-owned executive search firm, is looking for highly motivated people to partner with as fully remote Search Consultants. We were founded over 30 years ago and have grown into one of the fastest-growing firms in the nation, with over 350 search consultants.

No previous recruiting experience is required. Our tried-and-true recipe for success comes with the training, tools, resources, and ongoing coaching you need to reach your earning goals. This is a commission-driven position where you earn between 30% and 75% of your production.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates
• Partner with clients to fill urgent positions
• Connect clients with qualified candidates, resulting in placements
• Use recruiting tools and materials proficiently
• Cold call, qualify, screen, and prep candidates and clients for interviews, and help negotiate job offers
• Conduct reference checks on candidates

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong database and technology skills
• A background in business development, client relationships, marketing, or sales is preferred
• Consistently high outbound activity to source clients and candidates
• Comfortable building relationships over the phone
• Integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset
• Effective negotiation skills
• A degree is preferred but not required
• Successful completion of GPAC training
