Accountabilities
- Lead bespoke negotiations with agency partners and e-commerce platforms.
- Provide end-to-end legal guidance on third-party integrations.
- Ensure compliance with global privacy laws and data governance.

- Anticipate regulatory shifts to maintain leadership in ad-tech privacy.
Requirements
- 8+ years of legal experience focused on the online advertising ecosystem.
- Ability to navigate complex agreements and technical data flows.
- Deep understanding of advertising infrastructure and privacy trends.
- Strong knowledge of GDPR and U.S. state privacy laws.
- Proven problem solver with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- JD and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
