Accountabilities
- Administer and evolve Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
- Own marketing data architecture and enhance lead scoring
- Create and mature reports to deliver clear insights
- Oversee website operations and manage relationships with web agencies
- Establish consent and privacy operations to ensure compliance
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in marketing operations in B2B SaaS environments
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation solutions and Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Ability to design lead scoring and lifecycle automation frameworks
- Experience implementing AI tools for GTM workflows
- Strong documentation and stakeholder enablement practices
