Accountabilities
- Support Board Operations by preparing meeting materials and ensuring seamless governance.
- Drive Corporate Compliance to align internal policies with best practices.
- Provide strategic direction in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Develop contract templates and policies for efficient legal operations.
- Oversee protection of intellectual property assets in commercial transactions.
- Operate autonomously to provide practical legal advice to business partners.

Requirements
- J.D. Degree from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
- Active membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar.
- Minimum of 5-10+ years of high-level legal experience.
- Expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
