This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Engineering Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will lead the development of asset tokenization and Real World Asset (RWA) infrastructure, guiding a team of talented engineers and product managers. Your technical excellence and product mindset will drive significant impact within the organization, fostering innovation in digital assets and blockchain products. You will partner closely with various stakeholders to ensure clear communication and execution of the tokenization roadmap, while also nurturing the next generation of engineers through coaching and development.
Accountabilities
- Lead a team of engineers to deliver tokenization products and features.
- Collaborate with product and program managers to clarify the tokenization roadmap.
- Ensure product requirements are incorporated into technical solutions.
- Drive the technical roadmap alongside other engineering leaders.
- Promote technical excellence in blockchain development within the team.
- Facilitate effective processes for team collaboration.
- Recruit and develop engineers specializing in smart contracts.
- Aid in creating career development plans for engineers in digital assets.
- Contribute to wider engineering initiatives within the organization.
- Engage in important technical and product discussions with leadership.
- Cultivate a clear vision for the team’s role in the tokenization ecosystem.
- Oversee project success and deliver measurable results.
- Introduce advanced engineering best practices in the RWA space.
- Maintain coding proficiency and system architecture understanding.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a focus on APIs and SDKs.
- 5+ years of experience in engineering management.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of delivering complex blockchain or financial products.
- Expertise in Golang with familiarity of its idiomatic approach.
- Knowledge of TypeScript and React for frontend applications.
- Expertise in smart contract development (Solidity, Rust, Go-based).
- Familiarity with token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, etc.) and transaction flows.
- Understanding of Real World Assets and their migration to digital ledgers.
- Experience with custody solutions and regulatory digital asset requirements.
- Expertise in backend systems and distributed system design.
