Job Description

Don James- Country Financial is looking for a friendly, dependable person to join the team in Griffin, Georgia as a Remote Team member focused on customer support and marketing support. Responsibilities

Answer customer questions by phone, email, and other communication channels with care and accuracy

Provide helpful support to clients and make sure their needs are directed to the right person when needed

Assist with day-to-day marketing support tasks, including preparing materials and helping keep outreach organized

Update and maintain client and office records so information stays current and easy to find

Follow office procedures and help keep service work moving smoothly

Support scheduling, follow-up communication, and general administrative tasks as needed

Work closely with Don James- Country Financial to deliver a positive experience for clients and prospects

Help create a welcoming, dependable support experience that reflects the offices values

Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Comfort using email, phone systems, and basic computer programs

Ability to stay organized while handling multiple tasks

Reliable attention to detail and follow-through

Professional, friendly manner with customers and teammates

Interest in learning marketing support tasks and office processes

Insurance or financial services experience, preferred

Familiarity with CRM tools or client tracking systems, preferred
