JOB TITLE: Remote Technical Recruiter – Aircraft Mechanics, Assembly, and Technicians
LOCATION: REMOTE

Summary:
Full lifecycle recruiting including job intake, sourcing, screening, submitting, and offer negotiations
Research, develop and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization
Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process
Screens applications and selects qualified candidates
Schedules interviews; oversee the candidate interview prep process
Required Skills:
Must have recent aviation recruitment experience
Aerospace or Aviation recruitment experience is required
Must know how to manage a high volume desk
Must have contract staffing agency recruiting experience - Please do not apply without this
Consultants and corporate exp is not applicable here
Three years of experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process
Experience with sales is a plus!
Soft Skills:
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be a “U.S. person” as defined by the ITAR (22 CFR §120.15)
