Job Description

Transmission Line DirectorLead and manage transmission line projects from conception to completion. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for projects. Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations. Develop and implement strategies for process improvement and project efficiency. Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth. Monitor project performance and address challenges proactively. Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders.A successful Transmission Line Director should have experience with managing large-scale transmission line projects. Significant engineering management and engineering experience, specifically for power transmission projects. Knowledge of energy and natural resources industry standards and regulations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in budgeting and project scheduling. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
