What You’ll Do

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with veterans and their families through Zoom

Explain available supplemental benefit options clearly and respectfully

Guide clients through the enrollment process and provide follow-up support

Maintain organized digital records using secure cloud-based platforms

Participate in weekly training sessions and professional development calls

Build strong relationships that support long-term client satisfaction
