Virtual Cardiology Nurse Practitioner (FT) - REMOTE

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a Virtual Cardiology Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing remote patient care, including assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with cardiovascular conditions.

Responsibilities:

Conduct remote patient assessments and develop care plans
Order and interpret diagnostic tests related to cardiology
Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments
Provide patient education and counseling on cardiovascular health
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

Valid Nurse Practitioner license
Board certification in Cardiology
Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Cardiology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Strong computer skills and familiarity with telehealth technologies
