What You’ll Do

You will run the day-to-day alongside your Store Manager, with real ownership over results:

Assist fellow store team members in sales, inventory, delivery, and service with a smile

Drive store revenue by consistently hitting and surpassing company sales targetsManage store inventory and ensure accurate cash reconciliation

Deliver an exceptional customer experience such as: greeting, assisting, and resolving issuesMaintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom

Assist with product deliveries, setup, service, and returns as neededSupport the Store Manager in all operational duties

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

Sales or customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or similar — all count)A positive, motivated attitude and a desire to lead

Valid, physical driver’s license held for at least 1 yearAbility to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as part of the roleMust be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
