What You'll Do

• Complete an average of four high-quality repairs each day while managing your schedule efficiently and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Repair bathtubs, countertops, cabinets, flooring, appliances, furniture, and other hard surfaces.
• Learn and follow our proven repair process.
• Match colors, textures, and finishes to create nearly invisible repairs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate professionally with customers.
• Document completed work using company software.
• Keep your company vehicle, tools, and materials clean and organized.
• Represent Surface Experts professionally at every jobsite.
• Take pride in doing the repair right the first time. We value high-quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and working efficiently without sacrificing the quality of the finished repair.

What We're Looking For

Successful technicians often come from construction, painting, manufacturing, auto body, cabinet finishing, flooring, facilities maintenance, woodworking, military service, or other skilled trades.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• Experience working with your hands through work or hobbies
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to distinguish and match colors accurately
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Dependability, integrity, and a strong work ethic
• The ability to work independently while supporting your team

Artistic experience is a plus but not required. If you enjoy creating, repairing, restoring, or building things, we'll teach you the rest.

Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider. We repair small damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels … Almost Everything!. We pride ourselves in our ability to provide incredibly fast service, while maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere in our support center and on jobsites. We combine old school skill sets with new technology and products, resulting in a durable and appealing repair all provided with a smile.

• Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
• Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
