Our Replacement Sales Manager also receives a company laptop and cell phone. As for your schedule, you work from 8:00 am- 5:00 pm, Monday- Friday.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

You're a leader for our sales reps, working closely with your team to manage business opportunities, identify prospective markets, and nurture client relationships. Motivated to drive revenue, you manage our marketing budget and create new strategies to optimize campaign value. You set job resolutions and lead your sales team in meeting their targets, providing guidance as needed to deliver incredible results!

Do you have what it takes to excel as our Replacement Sales Manager? Here's what we're looking for:

Management experience
Sales experience
Ability to service areas in Albuquerque and El Paso, Texas

Marketing experience would be preferred but isn't required. Window and door knowledge would be beneficial.
