Representative I, Treasury Services Support, South Bend, IN

POSITION SUMMARY

Provides customer support, sales support, and administrative support for Treasury Services products and services.

Department hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Must be available to work a flexible schedule.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Monitors ACH processes and contacts customers when action needs to be taken on unauthorized ACH returns as well as repetitive ACH returns that receive no action from customer.
• Pulls ACH Credit/Risk Limit Comparison Report and ensures all items are in balance and follows procedures to make any corrections needed.
• Answers customer questions in regards to Treasury Services products and services.
• Responsible for product set up through data entry and various communications to supporting operations departments.
• Provides support to Merchant Credit Card Services department.
• Provides customer support to Remote Deposit customers.
• Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.
• Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Performs all other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

• One (1) to two (2) years experience preferred or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
• Prior Treasury Services or banking experience preferred.
• Good PC skills--proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel essential.
• High degree of self-motivation and ability to work autonomously.
• Strong customer service.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree preferred.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to travel as needed for meetings, projects, seminars, etc.
