Position Summary

Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a Hybrid Research Associate to conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in research methodologies.

This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate with team members effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Billing & Accounts Processing

• Conduct research and collect data from multiple sources.
• Analyze and summarize findings accurately.
• Prepare research reports for internal and external use.

Compliance & Reporting

• Assist in the preparation of research reports for management review.
• Ensure research complies with organizational policies and standards.
• Support audits and data verification processes.

Cross-Department Coordination

• Collaborate with research, finance, and operations teams.
• Ensure research procedures align with company policies and industry standards.

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Research, Analytics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in research, data analysis, or related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and research tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in government contracting or defense-related research.
• Familiarity with statistical or research software.

Work Environment
