Research & Development Recruiter

As a Recruiter, a typical day might include the following:

Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.

Follow standard recruiting guidelines and principles to attract, recruit, screen and interview candidates.

Oversee requisitions for entry-level positions with oversight.

Manage confidential files and other privileged information.

Under general supervision, follow established work routines, using initiative to propose solutions to problems.

Pay Range Data

We anticipate filling this position as a Recruiter I $32.00 - $47.00 per hour. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location.
