Our Buhl Carefree Living facility of Minnesota is looking for Part-time Resident Assistants to join our growing and established Assisted Living community. Additional shift differential of $1.00 for PM shiftsRESPONSIBILITIES:Relationship building and ensuring the ultimate level of care and customer service is provided

Assist adults with activities of daily living, pass medications (training provided by RN)Provide a safe, healthy and productive daily living environment

Increase quality of life by being respectful, professional, and understanding of the client's needs

Other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not requiredCNA certification is NOT REQUIREDMust have a passion for providing excellent care and customer service

Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving skills

Pass basic written competency and skills test

Position requires computer use; knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office is required
