Our McGregor Carefree Living facility of Minnesota is looking for Resident Assistant's/Caregiver's to join our growing and established Assisted Living community. We offer rewarding employment, resident-centered care, a team environment, and professional development with a dependable health care company.Schedule: Part-time PM/NOCShift differential for PM extra $2.00 and overnight extra $2.50RESPONSIBILITIES:Relationship building and ensuring the ultimate level of care and customer service is provided.Assist adults with activities of daily living.Provide a safe, healthy and productive daily living environment.Increase quality of life by being respectful, professional, and understanding of the client's needs.Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required.CNA certification is NOT REQUIREDMust have a passion for providing excellent care and customer service.Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving skills
