What You'll Do:
- Design & Lead: Create monthly calendars filled with music, arts, exercise, and intellectual activities.
- Create Connections: Build one-on-one relationships with residents, understanding their stories to tailor experiences.
- Plan Special Events: Organize holiday celebrations, themed monthly gatherings, birthday celebrations
- Leverage Creativity: Facilitate unique activities like sensory experiences for memory care
What You Bring:
- 1+ years of experience in senior living, early childhood, dementia experience a bonus!
- An enthusiastic, patient, and compassionate personality.
- Strong organizational skills to manage a busy, fun calendar.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends.
