Responsibilities:

Foster a warm, welcoming community atmosphere

Plan and host creative social events and activities

Build strong resident and corporate referral networks

Share local area knowledge with newcomers

Address resident needs quickly and personally

Manage service requests and coordinate with maintenance teams

Promote the property positively to residents and the surrounding community

Support the Property Manager in addressing resident concerns
