The ideal candidate will have a passion for property management, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong sales acumen.Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property tours for potential tenants and highlight key features*
Assist in the leasing process from application to lease signing*
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism*
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies*
Handle lease renewals and rental payments efficiently*
Responsible for compliance with all local, state, and federal agency regulations.*
Scheduling and conducting recertifications with residents.*
Entering and updating information in computer system.*
Following up on work orders.*
Maintaining files.*
Assisting with rent collections.*
Navigating resident concerns and escalating to the appropriate on-site representative.

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills*
Knowledge of property management software, such as Yardi or OneSite*
CRM experience
