About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and service-oriented Resident Services Coordinator to help create an exceptional living experience for our residents. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, planning events, and creating engaging community experiences.

The Resident Services Coordinator will lead resident activities and events from planning through execution while supporting community communications, vendor coordination, resident engagement, and special projects. The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality and creating a strong sense of community.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, promote, and coordinate resident events and community activities, from weekly gatherings to special-interest events and larger community functions.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including vendors, entertainment, supplies, setup, communications, and follow-up.
  • Create and distribute flyers, newsletters, announcements, invitations, and other resident communications.
  • Support new resident welcome and orientation initiatives.
  • Partner with resident social committees to encourage participation and develop engaging programming.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, entertainers, and community partners.
  • Maintain organized records for events, vendors, contracts, invoices, attendance, and resident feedback.
  • Monitor common areas and communicate maintenance, cleanliness, or safety concerns to the appropriate team.
  • Assist the General Manager with resident concerns, community initiatives, special projects, and policy communications.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, vendors, local businesses, and community partners.
  • Help create a welcoming, connected, and vibrant community environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, Event Management, Business, or a related field is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in resident services, hospitality, event planning, community engagement, property management, or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience planning and coordinating events or customer/resident engagement programs.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Creative, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of projects.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn property management and community engagement platforms.
  • Professional, approachable, and service-oriented demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays for community events.
