What We're Looking For
Successful candidates typically possess:
- Experience in social services, community programs, resident services, housing, or a related field
- Cultural competency and experience working with diverse communities
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience connecting individuals and families to community resources and support services
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
- A passion for community empowerment and resident engagement
- A commitment to Mutual Housing California's mission and values
Experience working in affordable housing or property-based resident services is a plus.
