Residential HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair residential & light commercial HVAC systems
Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
Identify potential replacement opportunities and generate qualified leads for Comfort Advisors
Complete service paperwork and documentation accurately
Maintain a clean, organized work area and service vehicle
Communicate professionally with homeowners, management, and other technicians
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
EPA certification required
High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or apprenticeship preferred
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of electrical, refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning systems
Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and closely with other technicians
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly bend, squat, kneel, reach, push, and pull
