Job Description

Residential Aide / Direct Support Professional

?? Coatesville, PA

We are currently hiring for a Residential Aide / Direct Support Professional role supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health conditions in a residential setting.

Job Details

?? Pay: $18 per hour
?? Shift: 2nd Shift (Friday–Monday)
?? Location: Coatesville, PA (facility details shared during hiring process)

Training

First week training will be held in Media, PA
Training Schedule: Approximately 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
After training, candidates will transition to assigned shifts and locations

Responsibilities

Provide direct care and daily living support to residents
Assist with personal care, hygiene, and routine activities
Support individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health conditions
Maintain a safe and structured environment
Document care and communicate with team members

Qualifications

We are open to candidates with experience in similar roles, including:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Home Health Aide (HHA)
Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
Caregiver
