Apply paint, primer, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers. Perform interior and exterior painting on residential and commercial projects. Protect surrounding areas and maintain a clean job site. Operate ladders, scaffolding, and painting equipment safely. Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met. Follow safety procedures and project specifications. Communicate effectively with customers and team members.What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Comfort working from ladders and a strong commitment to ladder safety. A valid drivers license and reliable transportation to access multiple job sites. The physical stamina to lift/load equipment and work on your feet throughout the day.
