Residential & Light Commercial HVAC Installation Technician

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience) + Overtime Opportunities

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (occasional overtime as needed)
Position Overview
You will be responsible for the professional installation of residential and light commercial air conditioning systems. This includes complete system setups while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and ensuring every customer has a positive experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Install complete HVAC systems to company quality standards
- Perform ductwork design, fabrication, and installation
- Test and balance newly installed systems
- Maintain a safe and clean job site
- Deliver outstanding customer service and consult on system solutions
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience (residential and/or light commercial)
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Strong skills in HVAC ductwork fabrication and installation
- Proficient with HVAC tools, testing equipment, and job site safety practices
- Working knowledge of low voltage systems
- Solid understanding of local residential and light commercial codes
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Commitment to investing in personal tools and ongoing skill development
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with communicating and inverter-style systems is a big plus
