Residential & Light Commercial HVAC Installer

Pro-Tech Air Conditioning and Heating is a locally owned company seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team in Santa Fe. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, strong customer relationships, and creating a positive environment for our technicians.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: Up to $40.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (occasional after-hours and weekends as needed)

What You'll Do:

  • Install high-quality residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems
  • Perform both new construction installations and retrofit/change-out projects
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical documents
  • Complete ductwork, sheet metal fabrication, air balancing, and system startups
  • Maintain professional standards and deliver outstanding customer experiences

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of verifiable residential and light commercial HVAC installation experience
  • Strong skills in new construction and retrofit installations
  • Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
  • Universal EPA Certification
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Preferred:

  • NATE Certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
  • HVAC Trade School Certificate
  • Experience with sheet metal and air balancing
