• Bakersfield, Berkshire, Enosburgh, Fairfax, Fairfield, Fletcher, Franklin, Georgia, Highgate, Montgomery, Richford, Sheldon, St. Albans, Swanton

Pay:

• $17 - $22/hour (based on experience), with per diem pay up to part-time

Schedule:

• Full- or part-time options, we offer days, nights, overtime, and weekends. Our ideal candidate is flexible and understands that schedules may vary and can change over time.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

As a Residential Caregiver – Personal Care Assistant, you provide essential support, allowing clients to maintain their independence within their homes. You assist with various daily living responsibilities and perform entry-level, non-medical tasks tailored to each client's unique needs, including personal care duties, mobility assistance, basic housekeeping, and medication reminders. Beyond practical assistance, you transport clients to appointments and activities, fostering warm companionship and building genuine friendships. You consistently act respectfully, support their independence, and communicate effectively with coworkers and families to ensure consistent and reliable care.

• 18+ years of age
• High school degree or equivalent
• English fluency
• Friendly, outgoing, and warm
• Compassionate and loving
• Valid driver's license
• A reliable vehicle
• Reliable and punctual
• Some open schedule availability
• Ability to serve Franklin County

Our preferred qualifications:

• Bilingual fluency
• Covid-19 vaccination
• Caregiving experience
• Basic light housekeeping skills
• On-call or substitute staff availability
• CPR certification
