What You'll Be Doing

Meet homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
Conduct simple roof inspections (we'll train you)
Guide clients through the insurance claims process
Build trust and long-term relationships
Work alongside project managers & adjusters
Manage project details and client updates in our CRM
Track your pipeline and close opportunities

You're not just "selling" - you're helping homeowners get what they deserve.

What We're Looking For

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong communication skills and ability to convey information clearly
Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and comfortable in a commission-driven role
Reliable transportation
Understanding of roofing or construction is a plus (not required)
Strong people skills (you enjoy talking to others)
Comfortable working outdoors and independently
Coachable mindset and willingness to learn
Sales or customer service experience is a plus - but not required
