Painter Job DescriptionPay $22 - $32 per hour.
Painters will properly prepare the surrounding area with the appropriate protective coverings, prepare the surfaces by identifying and correcting imperfections, applying the correct paint material coverage on a clean surface, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area, complete the project within the allotted productivity time, resulting in a minimum Level 3 Finish based on PCA Standards.Painters must demonstrate the following:
- Be Reliable and Dependable
- Accept Accountability
- Be Customer Centered
- Be Organized
- Have the Proper Tools to Perform and Complete the Project Work as a Team.
- Take Direction
- Follow the work order
- Be able to meet a deadline
- Follow all Health and Safety Protocols
All Fresh Coat Painters are required to complete a background check.
