Equal Opportunity Employer – M/F/D/V Position Summary We are seeking a professional and reliable Part-Time Concierge Security Officer to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment at a residential property. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, a calm and courteous demeanor, and previous experience in a concierge or front-desk role. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Enforce access control procedures and monitor visitor management systems Observe, report, and document incidents, safety hazards, or suspicious activity Conduct routine patrols of the property to ensure a secure and orderly environment Maintain situational awareness and respond promptly to emergencies or concerns Adhere to all company policies, post orders, and client procedures Communicate effectively with property management, clients, team members, and contractors Responsibly use company and client-provided equipment for security and monitoring tasks Perform additional duties as required by site management or MFort supervisors Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or GED required Must have a valid Illinois PERC card and 20-hour security training certificate (or ability to obtain) Minimum 1 year of residential concierge or front desk security experience Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure Capable of standing and walking for extended periods Able to work independently Must pass a drug screening and background check Schedule & Compensation: Shift: Friday - Sunday, 5pm-1am Pay Rate: $20.40 per hour If you're looking to grow with a company that values professionalism and teamwork, apply now to join MFort Security Services.
