- Support PMs with job costing and change order tracking
- Maintain project documentation in Procore
- Assist with schedules, RFIs, and submittals
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
- Track budgets, invoices, and cost reports
Profile* 2-5 years' experience in construction roles
- Background in luxury residential or high‑end commercial work
- Procore experience required
- Strong interest in cost management and controls
- Detail‑oriented and eager to learn
