TradeWorX is hiring experienced Residential Carpenters for projects in the Canton, OH area. We are seeking dependable craftsmen with residential construction experience who can work independently while maintaining quality workmanship and jobsite safety. This is a first-shift opportunity with competitive pay and steady work. Benefits & PTO (TradeWorX):

- Monday through Friday

- Build and install residential frameworks, walls, floors, roofs, cabinets, doors, and related structures
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and building plans
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other construction materials
- Install trim, framing, cabinetry, and finish carpentry components
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain jobsite safety and quality standards
- Residential carpentry experience required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Experience using standard carpentry hand and power tools
- Reliable transportation to and from jobsites
- Ability to lift materials and perform physical construction work
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Experienced in residential framing, trim, or finish carpentry
- Works independently with minimal supervision
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Safety-conscious and professional on the jobsite
- Takes pride in quality workmanship
