We are seeking an experienced Residential Remodeling Project Manager to oversee active construction projects from pre-construction planning through completion.
Position Overview
The Residential Remodeling Project Manager is responsible for coordinating schedules, subcontractors, materials, budgets, and client communication throughout the life of a project.
This role requires strong construction knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining quality standards and project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Manage residential remodeling, renovation, and addition projects from start to finish
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and material deliveries
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Track project budgets and assist with change order management
- Conduct regular job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
- Maintain project documentation, daily logs, photos, and reports
- Communicate project updates with homeowners and internal team members
- Identify and resolve project issues to minimize delays
- Ensure job sites remain organized, professional, and compliant with company standards
- Collaborate with design, estimating, and administrative staff throughout project execution
Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential construction project management experience
- Experience managing remodeling, renovation, or home addition projects
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience using Buildertrend, Procore, or similar construction management software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Construction Management degree or related education
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time employment
- Annual salary of $80,000-$105,000 based on experience
- Performance-based bonus opportunities

Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Occasional weekend work may be required based on project schedules
