We're seeking a Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee daily field operations and ensure our custom home projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. You'll be the go-to person on site, managing subs, coordinating schedules, solving problems on the fly, and keeping quality and timelines on track. You'll also be an essential liaison between the project manager, trades, and clients, so strong communication and organizational skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations for multiple custom home projects
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, inspections, and deliveries
- Ensure high standards of workmanship, safety, and compliance
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance
- Maintain accurate site documentation and daily logs
- Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, and tradespeople
- Solve issues proactively and maintain a clean, safe job site
- Contribute to creating a collaborative, high-functioning construction team
Qualifications
- 5 or more years of experience as a Superintendent in residential construction
- Experience managing custom or high-end homes preferred
- Fluency in both English and Spanish required
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, code compliance, and quality control
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documents
- Comfortable with technology, including tablets, apps, and construction management software
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Full time position
- Competitive salary range at $90,000 to $120,000 per year, based on experience.
