Description

Take the next step with a hands-on construction team making a real difference across manufactured housing communities in Southern and Central New Hampshire. In this Lead Carpenter opportunity, you’ll bring your carpentry and residential construction experience to new-home installations, renovations, repairs, and ongoing property maintenance, working independently and producing quality results across multiple sites.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential Construction Technician position include:

At least three years of residential construction, remodeling, carpentry, or home-building experience
Ability to complete assigned work independently and solve problems in the field
Working knowledge of residential construction methods and project sequencing
Experience using common hand tools and power tools
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with willingness to travel between company properties
Perform residential construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance work
Complete interior and exterior finish work, including trim, flooring, siding, doors, windows, decks, and skirting
Troubleshoot building and property maintenance issues and communicate progress, material needs, and potential problems to management

Salary: $28–$34+/hour
