Quality Service Today is seeking an experienced Residential Electrical Service Manager to lead our growing electrical division. This is an opportunity for a proven leader who knows how to coach technicians, drive revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and build a winning team culture.

$75,000 - $95,000 Base Salary

What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of residential electricians
- Conduct ride-alongs and field training to improve technician performance
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and department goals
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
- Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding efforts
- Ensure technicians follow company processes and standards
- Work closely with ownership to achieve department growth objectives
- Create a positive, accountable, and high-performance culture
What We're Looking For
Required
- 3+ years of leadership experience in residential electrical service
- Proven ability to coach and develop field technicians
- Strong understanding of residential electrical service operations
- Experience managing schedules, performance, and team accountability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar service management software
- Experience managing technician KPIs and revenue goals
- Electrical license or advanced electrical field experience
- Experience recruiting and building high-performing teams
