Job Details

Minimum of 3 years proven experience as an HVAC and plumbing estimator, preferably within the new home construction industry.
Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems, installation processes, and industry standards.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Familiarity with estimating software and tools (e.g., Buildertrend, ProEst, Quickpen, Manual J, or similar software).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word, etc.) and/or other relevant software programs.
