Residential HVAC Apprentice

Start at $20/hr + $600 Sign-On Bonus!

We're looking for an HVAC Apprentice who wants to build a long-term career in HVAC. No experience? No problem. We provide hands-on, paid training in both installation and service, plus continuous education on the newest equipment and technology.

Schedule & Pay

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay: $20-$24/hr
- Position starts at $20/hr and increases quickly based on your progress.
- Motivated apprentices can exceed $24/hr in a short timeframe.
- HVAC is an excellent career path for anyone mechanically inclined!

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
EPA certification within 90 days of hire
Mechanical aptitude
Ability to follow written and verbal directions
Basic tool & jobsite safety awareness
Ability to safely use ladders
Ability to measure, cut, drill, and perform basic physical tasks
Able to carry 100 lbs with assistance
Reliable, on-time attendance
Commitment to building customer service skills
Willingness to invest in basic HVAC tools

Preferred Qualifications

Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
Professional phone etiquette
Energetic and organized
Ability to work independently
