Gillette Heating & Air is hiring a Residential HVAC Finish Technician to support our expanding new construction division. This position focuses on the final stages of HVAC installation, including trim work, system startups, testing, final inspections, and homeowner-ready turnover. About the Role:In this role, you will complete the final phase of residential HVAC installations by performing trim-out work, startup procedures, testing, final quality checks, and ensuring systems are fully operational before homeowner turnover. You will collaborate closely with installation teams, builders, and project managers to ensure every project is completed on schedule and to Gillette's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:Complete final HVAC trim and finish work, including registers, grills, thermostats, and equipment setup; perform system startups, airflow testing, and adjustments; inspect installations for code compliance and performance; resolve final-phase installation issues; complete punch list items; conduct final walkthroughs; maintain clean job sites and accurate project documentation.

What We're Looking For:1-3 years of HVAC or installation experience preferred, ideally in residential new construction; EPA certification preferred or willingness to obtain; understanding of HVAC systems and airflow principles; strong attention to detail; dependable work ethic; effective communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects; valid driver's license with clean driving record.
