Residential HVAC Installation Tech
Location: Statesville, NC
Pay Range: $25.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

We are hiring a Residential HVAC Installation Tech to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems and ductwork
- Ensure systems are set up for safety, efficiency, and performance
- Troubleshoot installation issues and maintain high quality standards
- Follow all safety procedures and code requirements
- Deliver a professional experience for homeowners
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- At least 1 year of HVAC installation experience
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and low-voltage controls
- Proficiency in ductwork design and installation
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- NATE certification is a plus
- Experience mentoring or training others is a plus
