Essential duties & responsibilities:
- As a Dave’s Install Technician you will install your customer’s home comfort systems to meet our high standards for safety and a quality finish that reflects the significant investment our customers have made
- Know how to establish customer rapport to deliver on a world-class experience throughout the date of install
- Educate and assist customers in learning how to operate their new system and thermostat-- set them up for success
- Hold yourself accountable for exceeding your goals
- Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win referrals and create lifetime customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
- Participate actively in all training exercises and team meetings
- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure timely, accurate installs and deliver a 5-Star Experience
Skills you bring for success
- 3 years of HVAC Install experience required
- Technical knowledge related to troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC systems
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- EPA Certified
- Interest and initiative in advancing your HVAC and customer service skills.
- Current Virginia driver's license and the ability to safely operate a work van.
- Applicants must be insurable by our insurance carrier and will undergo a background check
- Physical ability to perform all duties noted above

Compensation: $69,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
