About the Role:As a Residential HVAC Installation Technician, you will install heating, cooling, ventilation, and duct systems in residential homes while working closely with builders, teammates, and company leadership. This hands-on role offers significant opportunity for skill development and advancement into Lead Installer positions.
Key Responsibilities:Install residential HVAC systems, ductwork, and ventilation systems; follow blueprints and installation plans; maintain organized and safe job sites; ensure installations meet company quality standards; collaborate with builders and team members; troubleshoot and resolve installation issues; complete projects efficiently and correctly. Lead-level technicians may also oversee workflow, maintain quality control, and mentor junior installers.
What We're Looking For:At least 1 year of HVAC installation experience preferred; residential HVAC experience strongly preferred; EPA certification required or willingness to obtain; RMGA certification required or willingness to obtain; strong mechanical aptitude; detail-oriented mindset; dependable and professional attitude; leadership potential; valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
