Ensure installations meet code requirements and company quality standards
Perform system start-ups, testing, and adjustments independently
Provide professional, respectful customer service
Complete required documentation accurately and on time
Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment safely
Train and mentor apprentices
Stay current with industry standards and best practices
Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent2+ years of residential HVAC installation experienceEPA Universal CertificationValid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Strong customer service skills and professional appearance
Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols
