Residential HVAC Installer

Pay: $24.00-$40.00 per hour + commission

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with occasional overtime

What You'll Do

Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, condensers, air handlers, and controls
Fabricate and install sheet metal ductwork as needed
Perform soldering and brazing for copper line sets and system connections
Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and local building codes
Maintain clean, professional job sites and vehicles
Communicate clearly with customers and represent the company with professionalism
Complete all required documentation and installation checklists

What We're Looking For

3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
EPA certification required
Skilled in soldering and sheet metal fabrication
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and various weather conditions
Solid communication skills and a customer-first mindset
A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Desired Qualifications:

NATE Certification, a plus
OSHA or other safety certifications, a plus
